Hi,

is there a command (in EMT) to calculate volume of water in a pipe?

Like these commands

```
getNodeTankInitialWaterVolume
getNodeTankMaximumWaterVolume
```

How to calculate the volume of water in pipe (getLinkWaterVolume)?

Thanks

Hi @mollerth

I’m not sure if this is correct or not, but I think these commands are useful. ( I hope to be right )

```
Flow= getLinkFlows
Velocity=getLinkVelocity
```

from this equation >> Flow=Area*Velocity (Area obtained).

```
Length=getLinkLength
```

And so the volume is obtained from the following equation

```
volume = Area* Length
```

Best,
