Problems building owa-epanet-2.2.3 on windows

Hello,
I’ve built 2.2.2 & 2.2.3 on osx & linux with no problems, but the windows build keeps failing on:

Error copying file “C:/Users/desktop/work/exeter/fiware4water/epanet-python/owa-epanet/_skbuild/win-amd64-3.8/cmake-b
uild/lib/_toolkit.pyd” to “C:/Users/desktop/work/exeter/fiware4water/epanet-python/owa-epanet/_skbuild/win-amd64-3.8/
cmake-build/…/…/…/packages/epanet/_toolkit.pyd”.

Hello, I fixed this with a clean install of windows 10, python 3.9 and visual studio 2017 rather than 2019 which I had been using.
